After spending around 20 hours in the car between Tuesday and Thursday, it was good to get out running on Friday and stretch my legs again. I did 4 miles and although it felt like a struggle, my calf muscle felt the benefit of the rest over the last few days so it was a good decision not to run last Sunday.
Rather than try and tackle 21 miles today, I have decided to lead up to it again and complete 11 miles on Tuesday before another long one next weekend.
There's only 3 weeks to go now and I have to admit, I cannot wait to complete it!!
