When I got in from work on Thursday is was pouring out of the heavens so I gave the run a miss. this morning however it was dry so I was up and out for my 4 miler at 0840. It started to rain when I was out but it wasn't anything major.
Apparently it is due to hammer down tomorrow which will put my long run in jeopardy but I'm hoping to go early enough to miss the downpour. It I do manage to get out, it'll be for 17 miles!
